As our Office Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently while supporting project coordination. You'll assist with scheduling, client communication, job tracking, and administrative tasks that keep our construction projects on track.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating project timelines with field staff and subcontractors.
  • Maintain and organize digital files, job records, and documentation.
  • Track expenses, input receipts for job costing, and assist with invoicing.
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks, such as ordering materials and updating project statuses.
  • Keep up with construction management software (JobTread) and ensure data is up-to-date.
  • Handle special projects and office needs as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior office administration experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with construction software (JobTread, Bluebeam, SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional, friendly demeanor and strong attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
