As a Field Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution by assisting with field and office operations. You'll be the go-to person for on-site logistics, material coordination, and communication between project teams. Your efforts will directly impact project efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing high-end residential remodeling projects, including site logistics and scheduling.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure job sites are properly stocked and organized.
• Serve as the liaison between office staff, field teams, and subcontractors to streamline operations.
• Support project managers by tracking project timelines, budgets, and updates.
• Conduct daily reporting on job site progress using construction management software (JobTread).
• Ensure all team members follow safety regulations and company protocols.
• Troubleshoot job site challenges, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Occasionally assist with administrative tasks, including document management and vendor communication.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in construction coordination or field operations (residential remodeling experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, and materials.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in construction software (experience with JobTread, Bluebeam, SketchUp, or AutoCAD is a plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
