As a Lead Carpenter, you will play a vital role in managing and executing high-end residential remodeling projects. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership position, working closely with project managers and team members to ensure smooth operations and impeccable craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on leadership in all aspects of carpentry, including framing, finish work, trim, and cabinetry installation.
• Oversee job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing project updates and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to company standards.
• Utilize JobTread construction management software for daily reporting and tracking progress.

What We're Looking For:

• 5 or more years of experience in residential carpentry, including remodels and renovations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Experience working with JobTread, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or SketchUp is a plus.
• A commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for use of the company van).
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
